You Don’t Have to Be Comfortable in Front of the Camera One of the most common things I hear is, “I’m awkward in pictures.” You are far from alone. Most people are not naturally comfortable standing in front of a camera, and you should not be expected to arrive knowing exactly how to pose. It is my job to guide you, help you relax, and create an experience that feels natural rather than forced. I pay attention to the details—the placement of your hands, your posture, the angle of your face, and the way the light falls—so you do not have to overthink any of it. The goal is not to make you perform for the camera. It is to help you feel confident enough to be yourself. My style combines real connection with creative lighting, thoughtful composition, and dramatic angles. Some moments call for softness and simplicity. Whether I am photographing a wedding, family, senior, maternity session, newborn, or individual portrait, every session is approached differently.
